One broken tile does not mean a new floor. If we can match the tile, or you have spares in the garage from the original job, it can usually be cut out and replaced so you cannot tell.
The hardest part of a tile repair is usually the tile itself. If you have spares left from the original job, keep them. If not, we will try to source a match, and where the exact tile is discontinued we will talk through the options.
Drummy tiles are worth attending to before they crack. A hollow sound means the tile has lost its bond with the bed underneath, and on a floor that is a matter of time.
We lift the affected tiles, clean the bed back, re-bed and regrout so the repair sits flush and the joints line through with the rest of the floor.
